The visa fee and service fee are both non-refundable and non-transferable if the visa application is denied by the Embassy staff or if the applicant decides to terminate his or her application.

The visa fee is mandatory for all visa applications unless you are within the exemption categories.
The visa fee, only collectable in IDR, may change as a result of currency fluctuation.
The visa fee is fixed in EUR but payable only in IDR. The exchange rate between these currencies is decided by the Consular Authority and is updated periodically, therefore the amount you are requested to pay may differ from those quoted above.
The service fee, mandatory for any visa application, is IDR 589,000. This amount has been decided in agreement with the Consular Authority and corresponds to the different services provided by the TLScontact centre (i.e. visa application reception, data processing, information collection, appointments booking, etc.).
The additional fee of IDR 23,000.00 / applicant will be charged for any card payment in order to compensate for the bank commission bore on TLScontact for the visa fee. TLScontact accepts payment by: Cash, Debit/Credit card (VISA, mastercard, JCB) and QR Code (QRIS).
