In order to apply for this service, click through to our Contact us page and choose "Assisted Service" from the ‘reason for contact’ dropdown list in the contact form.

Please ensure that you include the following information in the message box:

  • Full name;
  • Email address;
  • Phone number;
  • Visa type.

Note: If you are already registered, please provide a different email address from the one you previously used.
