The Embassy of France in Thailand authorizes TLScontact to inform and advise the public on the visa applications procedures, to receive the visa applications, collect the fees and return the passports to the applicants at the end of the process.

This outsourcing ensures a better reception to the public, in a dedicated center and in a timely manner. It also results in a faster processing of the applications by the Visa Section. The applicants who do not wish to use the services of TLScontact have the opportunity to submit their application in person at the Embassy of France in Bangkok, only by appointment, made by calling 02 838 6688 Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and after recording on the TLScontact website.

The applications received by TLScontact are transferred to the Embassy of France, which has the exclusive responsibility to instruct the applications and to decide to grant or deny a visa, or request additional information. TLScontact is therefore not involved in the decision step of the visa application, and is not aware of its outcome as passports are returned by the Embassy of France in sealed envelopes.

TLScontact procedure is not compulsory, applicants can also go directly to the Embassy’s Visa Sector to submit their application in person. Applicants must set Embassy appointments through our call center: +66 (0)2 838 6688. Submission time at the French Embassy, Monday morning only
